Rice pudding with plums

Recipe

milled rice 8.75 oz (250 g) • whole milk 3.5% 1.05 quart (1000 ml) • vanilla sugar 1 pk
Wash the rice, add to milk, add vanilla sugar and cook while stirring frequently. Let cool.

plums 1.3 lb (600 g) • ground cinnamon 1 tsp • sugar granulated 1 tbsp
Remove the stones from plums and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

Mix in the cooled rice and plums.

Put the pudding in a tall baking dish, greased with butter. Bake for about 45-50 minutes at 670°F (355°C)F (355°F (180°C)).

Whip egg whites until egg white snow forms and add the sugar.

Spread the egg white snow on the pudding and bake for a while.
