Quick bean sauce made of white beans
Simply prepared bean sauce from canned white beans. Serve with fried egg, vegetable or meatballs.

Recipe
1. Cooking potatoes
potatoes 1.1 lb (500 g) • water 2.1 cup (500 ml) • salt 1 tsp
Brush potatoes, cut into a smaller cubes and put into the salty water to cook. Cook until soft approx. 15-20 minutes.

sterilized white beans 1.1 lb (500 g) • sugar granulated 1 tsp • bay leaf 2 pcs
Strain the canned beans and rinse on a sieve under running water. Add it to the potatoes with the bay leaf and a little sugar.

whipping cream (30-33% fat) ¾ cup (200 ml) • whole milk 3.5% ¾ cup (200 ml) • all-purpose flour / plain flour 1.5 oz (40 g)
Mix cream with milk and flour.

vinegar 1 tbsp • unsalted butter 1 tbsp
Stir the mixture into the sauce and cook. Season with lemon juice or vinegar. You can add salt as needed. Stir in a piece of butter.
