hokaido pumpkin 2.2 lb (1000 g) • water 6.75 tbsp (100 ml) • salt
Peel the pumpkin, cut into the halves and with spoon remove the seeds. Cut into the cubes, put into the saucepan, pour water in and simmer until soft. To taste you can add salt.

Mix the steamed pumpkin with hand blender.

Add sour cream according to needs and required consistency. After remixing recook the mash.
