potatoes 2.75 oz (80 g) • frozen vegetables (soup mix) 2.75 oz (80 g)
Clean the potatoes, wash and cook together with the frozen vegetables in water. Cook for about 10 minutes, until the ingredients are soft.

chicken egg 1 pc • semolina 2 tsp
Pour water, mash vegetables and potatoes with a fork, not to the mash. Let it cool for a while. Add egg, semolina and mix.

unsalted butter 1 tsp
Melt a piece of butter in a pan and pour the prepared mixture immediately. Bake until almost harden.

Cover the pan with a plate and transfer the omelette on a plate.

Put it from the plate back on the pan and bake from the other side.
