sterilized peas | 5.25 | oz | 150 | grams | |
sugar granulated | 1 | tsp | 1 | teaspoon | |
vinegar | 3.25 | tbsp | ½ | decilitre | |
water | 6.75 | tbsp | 1 | decilitre |
Recipe
1.
potatoes 1.7 lb (750 g)
Cook potatoes in water in their skin. Pour the water off, let the potatoes cool, clean and cut into circles or chips.

onion 3.5 oz (100 g) • vinegar 3.25 tbsp (50 ml) • water 6.75 tbsp (100 ml) • sugar granulated 1 tsp • spice turmeric 1 tsp
Cut the onion into a bowl, add sugar and turmeric. Pour boiling water mixed with vinegar and boil the onion for a while.

sterilized carrot 5.25 oz (150 g) • sterilized peas 5.25 oz (150 g) • capers 0.25 oz (10 g) • salt • ground white pepper
Mix prepared potatoes, pickle, sterilized vegetables and sliced capers.

Season with salt and pepper.
