Potato Pancakes with Chicken Liver

chicken egg 3 pcs • garlic 5 cloves • salt 2 tsp • marjoram 2 tsp
Roughly grate it, add eggs, pressed garlic, salt and marjoram. Blend it.

From around three spoons of mixture create large round and thin pancake in the skillet with oil. Fry on one side until golden - for about 2.5 minutes.

Turn the pancake and fry on the other side.

Place fried pancakes into the pot covered with paper towel. Place them in vertical position so the excessive oil can leak down.
7. Chicken liver
onion 10.5 oz (300 g) • sunflower oil 3 tbsp
Peel the onion and cut into the rings. Saute in a little oil until translucent.

.... and add liver. Saute for 10 minutes.

water 6.75 tbsp (100 ml) • ground red paprika 1 tsp • corn starch 1 tsp
Pour in a water, pour in the paprika and corn starch. Recook. Salt when serving.

Stuff the pancakes with salted liver. Serve with the tartar sauce.
