Recipe

beef meat 12.25 oz (350 g) • olive oil • ground black pepper 1 tsp • ground garlic 1 tsp
Wash and cut the beef. Put in a bowl, add oil, spices and garlic. Stir and store in the refrigerator for 24 hours to marinate.

Cut the marinated meat into slices.

Clean the onion and pepper. Chop the onion finely, cut the pepper into thin strips.
