Recipe

potatoes • onion 5.25 oz (150 g) • garlic 3 cloves
Peel potatoes and grate them coarsely. Peel onion and chop it finely. Peel garlic and press it through a garlic press.

chicken egg 3 pcs • salt 1.5 tsp • ground black pepper 0.5 tsp • crushed cumin 1 tsp • parsley leaves 0.25 oz (10 g)
Add onion, pressed garlic, eggs, salt, ground black pepper, crushed cumin and chopped parsley leaves to the grated potatoes. Stir.

Heat oil in a grill pan and place the potato mixture in, press it into the shape of a small pancake. Cook on both sides. Once the pancakes are cooked, place them on a paper kitchen towel to absorb the excess fat.

Serve the pancakes with sliced garlic clove, you can brush the pancake with it to get stronger garlic taste.
