potatoes 1.1 lb (500 g) • salt 1 tsp
Boil the potatoes in their skins with a spoon of salt for about 25 min.

When they are cool, peel the potatoes and make a potato mash.

egg yolk 1 pc • salt • flour medium 3.5 oz (100 g) • parmesan 1.75 oz (50 g)
Make a batter out of mashed potatoes, egg yolk, salt, flour and grated Parmesan cheese.

Make a right rolls from a dough on a floured board.

Cut the rolls into smaller pieces. The dough is quite sticky, so wrap everything with a flour.
6. Shaping the Gnocchi
Make balls from the dough in your hands, flatten and stretch it on the fork with your thumb.

Roll it away from you.It creates a shape of ribbed shell.

Sprinkle them with flour.
