2. Potato dough
Prepare approx. 1 kg of potato dough, according to the instructions on the packaging of the semi-finished product.

Roll the dough on a floured board, spread the salami evenly on it and cut the dough into squares.

Wrap the salami in dough and form larger dumplings.

Place the dumplings in the steam containers of the steamer, which you grease with butter. Steam for about 30-35 minutes. You can also cook the dumplings in boiling water.
6. Onion
onion 10.5 oz (300 g) • sunflower oil 3.25 tbsp (50 ml)
Clean and finely chop the onion. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion until golden. Sprinkle a portion of the dumplings with it. Don't spare onions, it gives the dish the right taste.
