semi skimmed milk 1,5% | 10 | tbsp | 1.5 | decilitre | |
sugar granulated | 0.5 | tbsp | ½ | tablespoon | |
water | ¾ | cup | 2 | decilitres |
Recipe

oat flakes 5 tbsp • water ¾ cup (200 ml) • fig dried 5 pcs
Cook the flakes with chopped dried figs in water on a low heat for 5 minutes.

semi skimmed milk 1,5% 10 tbsp (150 ml) • sugar granulated 0.5 tbsp
Add milk, sugar and cook, stirring constantly, for another 5-10 minutes until the porridge thickens. If it is too thick, add milk as needed and overcook.
