sweet cream for cooking | 6.75 | tbsp | 100 | milliliters | |

water | ¾ | cup | 200 | milliliters | |
whole Mustard | 3 | tbsp | 3 | tablespoon |
Recipe
1.
pork thigh 1.3 lb (600 g) • apples 10.5 oz (300 g) • leek 7 oz (200 g)
Wash the meat and cut it into smaller pieces. Peel the apples and cut them into slices. Wash the leek and cut it into wheels.

sunflower oil 2 tbsp (30 ml) • water ¾ cup (200 ml)
Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the pork for about two minutes from each side, until the meat gets white. Add leeks and water or broth. Cook.

whole Mustard 3 tbsp • ground black pepper • thyme
Add chopped apples and mustard to the pan. Salt and pepper. Simmer together until the meat is soft.
4.
sweet cream for cooking 6.75 tbsp (100 ml) • all-purpose flour / plain flour 1 tsp • brandy 2 tbsp
Mix cream and flour into the meat and thicken the sauce. Add brandy, increase the heat and cook for a while.
