pork thigh 14 oz (400 g) • salt • ground white pepper • ground black pepper • onion 5.25 oz (150 g) • olive oil 3 tbsp
Wash pork, season it with salt and ground white and black pepper. Peel onion, chop it finely and cook in oil. Sear both sides of the meat.

tomatoes 7 oz (200 g)
Pour tomatoes over with boiling water, take them out after a while and peel them. Cut them into quarters and add them to meat, season with salt, pour water in and cook covered for about 40 minutes at medium heat.

zucchini 14 oz (400 g)
Meanwhile, peel zucchini and cut it into rounds. 10 minutes before the meat is done, add zucchini and allow everything together to braise.
