1. Meat preparation
pork thigh 14 oz (400 g) • crushed cumin 1 tsp • salt 1 tsp • water 1.3 cup (300 ml)
Wash the pork meat, cut into the slices and pound it. Place otno empty saucepan and fry for few seconds on all sides. Add caraway and salt, pour in a water and steam under the lid until soft, cca 30-40 minutes, according to the meat amount, which is in a pot.
2. Slightly thicken the sauce
water 3.25 tbsp (50 ml) • corn starch 1 tsp
Blend corn starch in a water, pour into the meat and let it boil.
