Recipe
1. Marinating of meat
pork thigh 10.5 oz (300 g) • garlic 3 cloves • oyster sauce 3 tbsp • cream (fat 10-12%) 3.25 tbsp (50 ml)
Put thinly sliced meat, finely chopped garlic, oyster sauce and cream into a bowl. Mix and let rest in the cold for about an hour.
2. Stewing
sunflower oil 1 tbsp • onion 1 pc • sugar granulated 1 tbsp
Chop the onion finely and fry it with a little oil in a hot pan. Add marinated meat, water, sugar and cook for about an hour. Add water as needed.
