pork thigh 1.1 lb (500 g) • water 1.05 quart (1000 ml) • potatoes 5.25 oz (150 g)
Add in roughly chopped meat. When the meat shrinks, add water. Add one middle sized finely grated potato. Cook for 30 minutes.

salt • ground black pepper • Dijon mustard 1 tbsp • marjoram 0.5 tsp
Flavour with salt, black pepper, mustard and marjoram. Eventually pour in a water. Cook for further 30 minutes.
