Cook three washed pork cutlets, seasoned with salt and crushed cumin, in a dry pan on all sides for a while.

dry white wine 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)
Place cutlets in the bottom vessel of the steamer. Pour water mixed with wine in a bowl for water in the steamer. Steam cutlets for 30 minutes.
