Recipe

1. 

pork loin 14 oz (400 g)  crushed cumin  salt

Cook three washed pork cutlets, seasoned with salt and crushed cumin, in a dry pan on all sides for a while.

2. 

dry white wine 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)

Place cutlets in the bottom vessel of the steamer. Pour water mixed with wine in a bowl for water in the steamer. Steam cutlets for 30 minutes.

3. 

frozen green bean pods 7 oz (200 g)  carrots 8.75 oz (250 g)

After 30 minutes, put in the top vessel carrot cut into rounds, add frozen green beans. Steam together with meat for 20 more minutes.
