red pepper sterilized 2.25 oz (65 g) • sterilized sour cucumber 1.75 oz (53 g)
Cut the pepper and pickles into smaller pieces.

minced pork meat 1.1 lb (500 g) • onion 3 oz (84 g)
Put ground por and chopped onion into a bowl.

parsley leaves • white roll 1 pc
Cut the roll and fresh or dried parsley. Put it in a meat mixture.

chicken egg 1 pc • salt 1 tsp • ground black pepper
Add egg to the meat mixture and mix it together. Season with salt and pepper. Leave it for 30 min. on a cold place.

Bun 6 pieces, Emmental cheese 200g. Shape the hamburgers from the meat and fry it for 3 min. on a grill or in a grill pan. In meantime, prepare 6 pieces of cheese (5mm thick slices). At the end of grilling, add halved buns to the grill (tey should be crunchy).
