all-purpose flour / plain flour 13.25 oz (375 g) • unsalted butter 6.25 oz (175 g) • powdered sugar 4.5 oz (125 g) • ground poppy seeds 1.75 oz (50 g) • egg yolk 3 pcs • whole milk 3.5% 2 tbsp
Put the above mentioned ingredients into a deep bowl.

Knead the dough.

all-purpose flour / plain flour
Roll the dough in portions on a floured board to a thickness of about 3-4 mm. Cut out flowers.

Bake for 8 minutes at 180 °C.

Cut out the flowers with the mold again, place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and cut smaller flowers into the middle.

Bake for 5 minutes at 180 °C.
