sweet cream for cooking | 1.1 | cup | 250 | milliliters | |
unsalted butter | 1.75 | oz | 50 | grams | |

Recipe

unsalted butter 1.75 oz (50 g) • plum jam 2.75 oz (80 g)
Melt the butter in a pot and add the plum jam. Fry, stir constant and let melt a little.

water 2.1 cup (500 ml) • salt 1 tsp • sugar granulated 1 tbsp • ground cinnamon 1 tsp • lemon-juice 2 tbsp (30 ml)
Add water, salt, sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice and let boil.

sweet cream for cooking 1.1 cup (250 ml) • all-purpose flour / plain flour 2.5 oz (70 g)
Add cream with mixed flour to the plum jam. Cook until thickened. If the sauce is too thick, add a little more cream.

Remove the sauce from the cooker and strain it.

dried plums 2.75 oz (80 g) • salt
Chop the prunes finely and add them into the hot sauce. Stir, salt if you like.
6. Sauce, smoked meat, potato dumplings
As a side dish to the sauce and meat, serve various types of dumplings.
