Recipe

semi skimmed milk 1,5% 1.3 cup (300 ml) • sugar granulated 0.5 tsp • fresh yeast 0.75 oz (20 g) • all-purpose flour / plain flour 8.75 oz (250 g) • flour medium 8.75 oz (250 g) • salt 0.5 tsp • chicken egg 1 pc • sunflower oil 3.25 tbsp (50 ml)
Slightly heat measured milk. Prepare leaven in a small pot from part of the milk, sugar and fresh yeast. Pour both flours in a deep bowl, add salt, egg, pour the leaven in, remaining milk and oil.

Knead the dough and let it rise, covered at the warm place.

Use a rolling pin to spread the dough on a floured board until it is about 1,5 cm thick.

tomato paste 10 tbsp (150 ml) • smoked pork ham 10.5 oz (300 g) • corn sterilized 10.5 oz (300 g)
Spread tomato paste onto the dough, lay ham on top (in the listed recipe homemade pork ham with olives is used) and evenly pour sweet corn on the ham.

semi hard cheese 5.25 oz (150 g) • onion 2.75 oz (80 g) • olives with peppers 2.75 oz (80 g) • oregano 1 tsp
Grate cheese, peel an onion and chop it finely, slice olives. Place olives and onion on the sweet corn. Sprinkle with cheese and oregano.

Starting at a short side, roll up the strudel, brush the end of the dough with beaten egg and finish rolling.

Draw parchment paper, in the size of the baking tin in which we will bake the strudel, near the strudel.

Roll the strudel to the parchment paper and shape it into a curve.

Tranfer it with parchment paper to the baking tin and brush with beaten egg. Season the surface with salt and prick with wooden skewer.
10.
Bake in preheated oven for about 40 minutes on medium heat.
