puff pastry 9.75 oz (275 g) • tomato paste 4 tbsp
Unpack the puff pastry rolled on paper, put it on a floured board and roll it to a size of 40 x 35 cm. Spread with tomato paste so that the paste is 5 cm below the upper edge.
