Pineapple sauce with yogurt
Pineapple raita (Pineapple Dahi Rait) is a popular Indian dip that, like any yogurt-based food, helps to reduce the heat of spicy foods. Raita (not just pineapple raita) is served at almost every traditional menu in India.

Recipe

ground Roman caraway spice - jeera 0.5 tsp • ground coriander spice 0.25 tsp • imalayan salt 0.5 tsp
Put pepper and salt into a bowl.

yoghurt natural 8.75 oz (250 g) • sterilized pineapple - rings 7 oz (200 g)
Add yogurt and mix. Cut one pineapple and add to the yogurt.

sugar cane 1 tsp • mint
If you like, you can add a little cane sugar and finely chopped fresh mint.
