Recipe
1.
pineapple 1.1 lb (500 g) • semi skimmed milk 1,5% 2.1 cup (500 ml) • chicken egg 2 pcs • all-purpose flour / plain flour 14 oz (400 g) • coconut syrup 6.75 tbsp (100 ml) • salt 0.25 tsp • powdered sugar 1 tbsp
Mix sliced pineapple, milk, eggs, sugar, coconut syrup, salt and puree. Gradually add flour until the dough thickens properly. Mixture should be just so dense that it hold together when fried. When pncakes are tearing, add mour flour to the dough.

sunflower oil 2 tbsp (30 ml)
Pour a dough onto a hot pan and help it to spread all over the bottom by tilting the pan. When dough is properly brown on the bottom and around the edges, pour some oil to the pan to release the pancake. Turn it and fry ontheother side until golden brown.
