Recipe

pear 1.1 lb (500 g) • lemon-juice 0.5 pc
Peel pears and cut them into small pieces, sprinkle them with lemon juice and stir.

sugar granulated 3.5 oz (100 g) • vanilla sugar 1 pc • unsalted butter 1 oz (30 g) • potato starch 3 tbsp
Put in a pot pears, sugar, butter, potato starch and cook everything together for about 5 minutes until the pears become a little bit soft.

puff pastry 14 oz (400 g)
Use a rolling pin to spread the puff pastry until it is about 8 mm thin and cut out tartlets with the forms, and then press the pastry into the forms.

Add adequate amount of the pear filling into each tartlet.

Bake at 390°F (200°C) for about 10 - 15 minutes until golden.

When the tartlets are done, carefully remove them from the forms.
