all-purpose flour / plain flour 7 oz (200 g) • powdered sugar 2.75 oz (80 g) • chicken egg 1 pc • cocoa powder 0.75 oz (20 g) • sour cream (fat 14-18%) 2.75 oz (80 g) • unsalted butter 3.5 oz (100 g)
Put the flour into a bowl, add sugar, eggs, cocoa, sour cream and uncutted softened butter. Knead a fine, not very firm dough. Cover the dough and let it rest in the fridge for an hour.

Knead the dough and roll on a floured board to a thickness of about 4 mm. Cut three types of wheels: larger, medium and smaller. Cut the same number of wheels from each size.

Bake for 8 minutes at 170 °C.

Grind it finely.

Put the peanut filling in a pastry bag.

Put the wheels together from the largest to the smallest.
