frozen pangasius 1.5 lb (700 g) • puff pastry 14 oz (400 g)
Let the frozen pangasius fish thaw. Roll the puff pastry on a floured board.

dried cranberries 7 oz (200 g) • semi hard cheese 5.25 oz (150 g)
Divide the puff pastry into 9 larger squares. Wash and dry the fish. Cut it into 9 parts. Rinse the dried cranberries with cold water and let drain. Grate the cheese coarsely.

Create packages that you put on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Spread each part thoroughly with a beaten egg.
