Recipe
1. Cutting tofu
white tofu 12.75 oz (360 g)
Cut tofu lengthwise into halves, each half into two triangles.
2. Triple coating
all-purpose flour / plain flour 2.5 oz (70 g) • chicken egg 2 pcs • salt • breadcrumbs 2.5 oz (70 g) • sesame seeds 0.75 oz (20 g) • ground red paprika 1 tbsp
Prepare triple coating: flour, egg seasoned with salt, bread crumbs mixed with sesame seeds and ground red pepper. Coat tofu in this mixture.
3. Frying
sunflower oil 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)
Heat pan with oil and cook tofu triangles shortly on both sides.
