Oven-baked Potato Dumplings with Chicken Meat

Recipe
1. Dough preparation
potatoes 15.25 oz (430 g) • chicken egg 1 pc • salt 1 • flour medium 8.75 oz (250 g)
Peel the potatoes and finely grate it. Add egg, salt, flour and knead into the semi-firm dough.

Cook the dumplings in salted water for 3-4 minutes. Drain and rinse under the cold water.

chicken breasts 10.5 oz (300 g) • salt 1 tsp • ground black pepper 0.5 tsp • vegetable salt 3 tsp
Add chicken meat, chopped into the small pieces. Salt, season and sauté for a while.

whipping cream (30-33% fat) ¾ cup (200 ml) • processed cheese 2 oz (60 g) • garlic 2 cloves
Pour in a double cream, add processed cheese and garlic. Cook the sauce for a while until the cheese is melted.

Layer dumplings into the baking dish or small tray.

Pour chicken mixture over the dumplings and bake at 390°F (200°C) for 15 minutes.

Bake for further 5 minutes until the cheese has melted.
