oat flakes 5 tbsp • water ¾ cup (200 ml) • dried plums 5 pcs
Flakes with chopped prunes simmer in water over a moderate heat for about 5 minutes.

semi skimmed milk 1,5% 10 tbsp (150 ml) • ground poppy seeds 1 tbsp • sugar granulated 1 tsp
Add milk, sugar, poppy and cook, stirring for 5 minutes until the oatmeal thickens. If it is too thick, add milk as needed.
