Recipe

oat flakes 5 tbsp • water 1.1 cup (250 ml) • dried apples
Boil flakes and ½ cup of chopped dried apples in water over a moderate heat for about 5 minutes.

semi skimmed milk 1,5% 10 tbsp (150 ml) • ground cinnamon 0.25 tsp • sugar cane 1 tsp
Add milk, sugar, a pinch of cinnamon and cook, stirring for 5 minutes until the oatmeal thickens. If it is too thick, add milk as needed.
