Oatmeal wheels
Simple and healthy biscuit served in the summer with coffee or on Christmas. If you use brown sugar, cookies will taste more like caramel. We can change the flavor with cocoa, cinnamon, or add raisins and nuts.

Recipe
1. Preparing the dough
unsalted butter 7 oz (200 g) • honey 3.5 oz (100 g) • sugar granulated 2.75 oz (80 g) • vanilla sugar 2 tsp • salt
Mix together softened butter, granulated and vanilla sugar with a hint of salt.

oat flakes 8.75 oz (250 g) • all-purpose flour / plain flour 4.5 oz (125 g) • baking powder for gingerbread 2 tsp
Add the oatmeal and flour which we stirred baking powder.

Knead the dough. Place a dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper (do it with a table spoon).

Bake for 10 to 15 min at 340°F (170°C) C. Let it cool after baking.
