Recipe

oat flakes 1 oz (30 g) • water ¾ cup (200 ml) • flax seeds 1 tsp
Pour water over the flakes, add ground flax seeds and cook until thickened.

Serve the porridge on a plate, put the prepared kiwi on top, garnish with coconut and almonds.
