Recipe

buckwheat 1.75 oz (50 g) • oat flakes 0.75 oz (20 g) • water 1.1 cup (250 ml)
Wash the buckwheat, pour water over and mix in the oat flakes. Bring to the boil and cook for 5 minutes.

Cover and let rest for 15 minutes.

banana 3.5 oz (100 g) • soluble fiber Psyllium 1 tsp • pumpkin seeds without shell 0.75 oz (20 g)
Add cutted bananas, which you mash into a porridge. Add fiber and pumpkin seeds.
