oat flakes 5.25 oz (150 g) • walnuts 2.5 oz (70 g) • sweet almond kernels 2.5 oz (70 g)
Heat the pan where you will roast oats, coarsely chopped walnuts and coarsely chopped almonds. Fry for about 5 minutes, until everything changes color.

sugar cane 2.5 oz (70 g) • salt
Add pinch of salt, sugar and wheat germ to the nut mixture. Stir for 2 minutes until the sugar is melted.

dried cranberries 3.5 oz (100 g) • ground cinnamon 1 tsp
Finally, add the cinnamon and cranberries. Serve immediately with yogurt or milk, eventually put it aside in an airtight container for storage.
