Nut cake with curd cheese and baked snow from egg whites

coarse ground flour 10.5 oz (300 g) • ground walnuts 10.5 oz (300 g) • powdered sugar 5.25 oz (150 g) • unsalted butter 8.75 oz (250 g) • chicken egg 1 pc • baking powder for gingerbread 1 tsp
Give flour, nuts, sugar into the bowl, add chopped butter, eggs and baking powder.

Knead the dough.

Roll the dough on baking paper to a sheet size of 34x38 cm.

Put it together with baking paper on the baking sheet.

... and spread evenly. Bake for 30 minutes at 340°F (170°C).

Let it cool well and cut it when the cake is harden. It tastes best if it rest overnight in the refrigerator.
