Recipe
1.
raspberries frozen 1.1 lb (500 g) • sugar granulated 2 tbsp
Put raspberries with sugar in a small pot. Cook to evaporate as much water as possible, put aside and let it cool for a while.

long biscuits (ladyfingers) 3.5 oz (100 g)
Lay sponge fingers at the bottom of a deep baking tin.

Pour prepared raspberry sauce equally on top of the sponge fingers and spread it evenly over. Let the raspberries cool completely.

whipping cream (30-33% fat) 1.7 cup (400 ml) • vanilla sugar 0.75 oz (24 g) • powdered sugar 2 tbsp • mascarpone 1.1 lb (500 g) • cream cheese 40% fat 8.75 oz (250 g)
In a bowl beat cream, sugar, mascarpone and cream cheese. Then gradually add cool melted chocolate while stirring constantly. We will get a smooth chocolate cream.

Half of the cream spread over the sponge fingers with raspberries. Put sliced bananas on the top.

Then layer also second part of the cream, flatten it and let it stiffen in the fridge.

cooking chocolate 1.75 oz (50 g) • whipping cream (30-33% fat) 3 tbsp
Meanwhile melt chocolate with cream in a water bath and use your fantasy and decorate top of the dessert with prepared icing. Let it stiffen in the fridge at least 2 hours.
