New Year's cabbage

18-20 servings of tasty cabbage for a big New Year's Eve party. Cook in a large, at least 8 liter pot.

Add the meat to the fried onion and stir.

Drain the cabbage (you will have 2 kg of cabbage and 0.5 l of cabbage water from the mentioned weight). Keep the cabbage water. If the cabbage is a little sour, you can add the water later.

Add cabbage, plums and mushrooms to the meat.

Take the cooked sausage, cut it into thin circles and put it back into the soup, stir. If you find cabbage not enough sour, you can add cabbage water and overcook.
