sunflower oil | 3 | tbsp | 3 | tablespoon | |
water | 1.3 | quart | 1.25 | litre |
Recipe
1.
onion 3.5 oz (100 g) • sunflower oil 3 tbsp • garlic 1 clove
Peel the onion, cut it finely and fry in oil. Add peeled, crushed garlic.

salt 1.5 tsp • crushed cumin 0.5 tsp • ground black pepper 0.5 tsp • ground red paprika 2 tsp
Add potatoes, oyster mushrooms, salt, caraway, peppers and spices to the onion.

potatoes 3.5 oz (100 g) • garlic 2 cloves
Peel a potato, wash it and grate it to a mash. Peel the garlic, press it and add to the soup together with the mashed potatoes. Cook.

Chop parsley.

Add to soup, stir and serve.
