Monkfish with pea puree

monkfish 14 oz (400 g)
Wash the monkfish, dry it with a paper towel and remove the skin. Cut into about 1.5 cm thick slices.

fresh chili pepper 1 pc • ground caraway • coriander • olive oil 1 tbsp
Wash the chili pepper, remove the seeds and chop finely. Peel and crush the garlic. Mix chili pepper with garlic, mix in a pinch of caraway and coriander, add oil. Mix well.

Spread lightly salted fish fillets with the mixture and place them in the bottom container of the steam pot.

green peas frozen 7 oz (200 g)
Put washed frozen peas into the second container of the steam pot. Steam together for 20 minutes, remove the fish with the container, the peas can be steamed for another 10 minutes, if necessary.

sweet cream for cooking 6.75 tbsp (100 ml) • salt • ground white pepper
Put steamed peas into a deep bowl, add cream and mix with an immersion blender. You can add salt or spices according to taste.
