Baked skewers are served with potato side dishes. They are also suitable for legume sauces and sauces.

Cut the rolls, pour milk and let rest for a while. Then mix and crush.

onion 4.25 oz (120 g) • chicken egg 3 pcs • minced pork meat 1.1 lb (500 g) • salt • ground black pepper 0.5 tsp
Clean the onion, chop finely and add to the rolls together with the minced meat, eggs, salt and pepper. Mix the mixture well with hand so that all the ingredients are evenly mixed.

Clean, wash and dice the colourful peppers. Creat balls from the meat mixture, which you skewer alternately with paprika on a skewer.

Put the skewers on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 670°F (355°C)F (355°F (180°C)) for approximately 30 to 40 minutes. You can cover them with foil for the first 10 minutes of baking, then remove the foil and finish baking.
