Recipe

potatoes 7 oz (200 g) • water ¾ cup (200 ml) • ground caraway 0.25 tsp • sugar granulated 1 tsp • apple cider vinegar 1 tsp
Peel the potatoes and cut into the small cubes. Let it cook in water, sprinkle with caraway, add sugar and vinegar.

whole milk 3.5% ¾ cup (200 ml) • all-purpose flour / plain flour 0.5 oz (12 g) • ground red paprika 0.25 tsp
Prepare thickening paste from milk, flour and paprika and pour it into the cooked pototoes. Cook until thickened. If the soup thickened too much, add a little milk to make it weaker.
