Milk broccoli soup

Recipe
1.
broccoli 1.1 lb (500 g) • salt 0.5 tsp • water 2.1 cup (500 ml)
Cook the broccoli until soft in salted water.

Mix with an immersion blender.

whole milk 3.5% 2.1 cup (500 ml) • all-purpose flour / plain flour 1 tbsp
Pour the milk in which you mixed the flour. Overcook.
