1. Preparation of the meat mixture
minced pork meat 1.1 lb (500 g) • chicken egg 2 pcs • marjoram 2 tbsp • salt 2 tsp
Mix in a bowl minced pork with eggs, add dried marjoram. Season the mixture with salt and stir well.

potatoes 1.3 lb (600 g)
Peel potatoes, wash them and grate coarsely. Add the grated potatoes to the meat mixture. Stir.
3. Before baking
Grease baking tin of the home bakery with oil. Put in meat mixed with potatoes. Use your hands to press this mixture.
4. Baking in the home bakery
Set up the program on your home bakery: Baking (or similar, based on the instructions of the manufacturer - approx 1 hour). Loaf size: approx 1000 g. Colour of the crust: Medium dark.
