Recipe

red cabbage 1.8 lb (800 g)
Wash the cabbage and grate it finely. Sprinkle with salt and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Squeeze the cabbage well and drain the water.

all-purpose flour / plain flour 5.25 oz (150 g) • ground caraway 0.5 tsp
Add flour to the cabbage and add caraway. Mix well.
4.
Create smaller balls from the mixture.
6.
Remove the fried meatballs from oil and place them on a paper serviette.
