whipping cream (30-33% fat) | 3.25 | tbsp | 50 | milliliters |

all-purpose flour / plain flour 13.25 oz (375 g) • powdered sugar 3.5 oz (100 g) • salt 1 pinch • sour cream (fat 14-18%) 2.75 oz (75 g) • chicken egg 2 pcs • unsalted butter 5.25 oz (150 g)
Put the above mentioned ingredients into a deep bowl.

Knead the dough and let it harden in the cold for at least an hour.

Roll out the dough on a floured board to a size of 45x30 cm

Spread the filling evenly on the dough. Wrap the dough, from the wider edge on one side and from the other, to the middle.

In the middle, spread the dough with the rest of the whipped egg white and put the doughs together. Divide it into two halves (for better storage) and let it cool in the refrigerator for two hours.

Cut into thinner, about 6-7 mm wide, slices.

Put the slices on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Bake for 15 minutes at 190 °C.
