1. Preparation of marinade
olive oil 5 tbsp (75 ml) • semi-sweet white wine 5 tbsp (75 ml) • salt 0.5 tbsp • ground black pepper • tabasco • garlic 1 clove • rosemary 0.5 tbsp
Pour oil with white wine in the pot, add salt, pinch of black pepper, 3-5 drops of tabasco and crushed garlic. Add dried rosemary (fresh is the best), let it boil and cool.
3. Frying meat
olive oil 2 tbsp (30 ml) • spring onion 1 pc • garlic 1 clove • salt
Heat the oil and fry the meat. Add remaining marinade, onion, crushed garlic, salt and fry again.
