Marinated chicken breasts with mozzarella
Juicy chicken meat with tasty cheese - lunch or dinner for every gourmand. Meal is great also as a part of the diet for people with weight problems and as a side dish should be served salad from fresh vegetables poured over with olive oil.

chicken breasts 14 oz (400 g) • olive oil 2.75 tbsp (40 ml) • ground red paprika 1 tsp • grill seasoning 1 tsp
Wash two thinner pieces of chicken breasts, sprinkle them with ground red pepper and grill seasoning. Pour them over with oil. Turn them several times, cover them and leave to marinate in the cold place until the next day.

salt • mozzarella cheese 4.5 oz (125 g)
Cut mozzarella in halves to have two flat pieces. Before baking cut the chicken breasts to make a bag, season with salt the inside and put half of the cheese into each one. Prick them with trussing needle.

Put the chicken breasts into baking tin with cover, season with salt the outside and pour in water.

Cover the baking tin and place it in the oven. Bake 40 minutes at 375°F (190°C).

Just before serving remove trussing needle and slice the chicken breasts. Serve with rice poured over with gravy.
