all-purpose flour / plain flour 5 oz (140 g) • unsalted butter 2.75 oz (80 g) • powdered sugar 1 oz (30 g) • egg yolk 2 pcs • lemon-juice 1 tbsp • bicarbonate 1 pinch
Put the above mentioned ingredients in a bowl. Knead the dough, wrap it in food foil and store it in the fridge for an hour.

Roll the dough on a floured board and cut rings out (diameter about 4 cm).

Place the rings on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Bake for 8 minutes at 180 °C.

Mix sugar, finely chopped peanuts (best chopped in a kitchen chopper) and crushed peanuts in the egg white snow.

Lay a teaspoon of the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. When baking, they get a round shape.
