Recipe
1. Dough preparation
egg yolk 4 pcs
From eggs separate egg yolks and place in a bowl. Set egg whites aside.

Stevia - powder 1 tsp • cream curd cheese 4.5 oz (125 g)
Add in Stevia (or other sweetener with no saccharose content) and beat together with egg yolks. After that stir in half of cream cheese.

Whisk the egg whites until stiff and slightly stir in together with baking powder.

Pour dough into the tray covered with baking paper and spread evenly over the whole area. Bake at 355°F (180°C) for 13 minutes. After baking, roll together with baking paper and let it cool.
5. Filling preparation
pudding powder different flavors 1 tbsp • 0.5% low-fat milk 1.1 cup (250 ml) • Stevia - powder 2 tsp • cream curd cheese 4.5 oz (125 g)
With whisk stir custard powder and Stevia into the milk to melt it properly. Stirring constantly bring to the boil. Continue in stirring and approximately in two minutes when it has thickened, remove from fire and slightly let it cool. Stir in remaining half of cream cheese.

After baking, roll the dough and let it cool. It holds better shape after filling with cream.

Spread cream to two-thirds from the edge. You can sprinkle fruit over the whole length. It is suitable to use raspberries, currants, forrest strawberries etc.

Roll it and let it rest in fridge for several hours, eventually overnight to the next day.
9.
Cut broadwise into 2 cm rolls approximatelly.
